KPC can assist in finding you reputable agents, builders, or contacts to assist you in finding your desired properties/land for purchase.  In some cases we can also assist to find business partners for those wishing to set up an enterprise in Turkey.

It is important that you submit your detailed property requirements to us to enable us to select properties that meet your criteria, based on price, location and any other contributing factors such as suitability for long-term renting, investment, retirement or as a holiday property.  We will compile a file containing properties matching your requirements.  After narrowing down your choices to the most suitable properties, we will arrange for you to view your selection.

Kusadasi property consultancy do not pressure anyone to buy anything We pride ourselves on our integrity and apply due diligence to all properties we select for our customers.  We are NOT estate agents and we do not charge the normal statutory fee (3% plus VAT from both the buyer and seller). In the event we find you a property or find a buyer for your property we will only then charge a consultancy fee for this service.

KPC can provide free advice and support, sharing our knowledge and resources to organize all aspects of your relocation.  We can advise on the up and coming areas, rental properties, properties to buy, schools, job opportunities, local shops, places of interest, restaurants, assist with transport of pets, customs and understanding the local culture.  We believe our enhanced service will make your move less stressful than it might be otherwise.
