These include tenanting for both long term and holiday lets.

Through KPC we  aim to exceed your rental income expectations. We advertise rentals properties through various online rental sites  such as Air BnB, Holiday, Flip key,, social media  and more.

With an extensive network of contacts, both at home and abroad, and wide-ranging use of press, social media and internet advertising, you can be confident that we have the ability and experience to ensure your properties will be marketed properly and effectively.

Services provided by KPC on holiday/short term rentals

We  offer a full rental management service. This includes:

  • Marketing your property and finding suitable tenants

  • Arranging airport transfers/taxis

  • Arrange regular cleaning of each apartment prior to arrival/departure of tenants

  • Prepare a welcome pack for your guests (if requested)

  • Meet and greet rental customers

  • Provide resort information and maps

  • Management and handover of apartment keys, with orientation on arrival of rental guests

  • Deal quickly and efficiently with any issues that arise.

  • Transfer net rental income into your chosen bank account.

  • For holiday/short term rentals KPC charge just a 20 % rental management fee


In addition to short term holiday lets, we can also  arrange long term lets.

  • KPC will market your property finding a suitable tenant for your property

  • In accordance with the law and local regulations we will prepare a rental agreement for both parties to sign.

  • Collect rent and pay the rental income into  the bank account of your choice

  • Deal with any issues the tenant may have concerning the property as and when they arise.

  • Debt management for non-payment of rent

  • Arrange and carry out any necessary repairs (funds permitting) as and when required.

 Our  fee for this service is one month’s rent (8.5% pro rata) each year the tenant resides in the property.
